Limited edition with soul
The third edition of United for the Earth is materialized in two unique products that reflect the essence of this collaboration: Cuvée Palomar 2021 and Summa Varietalis 2025, a wine and an extra virgin olive oil that embody the spirit of this partnership.
This limited edition is the result of an alliance that values knowledge, respect for the environment and a conscious vision of the future. A proposal that vindicates the authenticity of the origin and purpose behind each creation.
Cuvée Palomar 2021
It is the perfect blend of grape varieties that in their right preparation and with the influence of each vintage are best adapted to the new climatic context.
Of a deep dark red color with hints of dark cherry, Cuvée Palomar 2021 captivates with an aromatic complexity that blends delicate toast, hints of chocolate and black fruits, along with subtle smoky and lactic notes. On the palate, it stands out for its firm structure and perfect balance, revealing an elegant complexity and exceptional harmony between its varieties, reflecting its elegance.

Summa Varietalis 2025
Each year we select from the Garden of Mediterranean Varietals those which, for that particular harvest, express themselves best in order to elaborate a unique blend, with a fruity character and vibrant freshness. The result is an exclusive, unique, complex and elegant EVOO.
This EVOO is a celebration of varietal diversity, golden green in color with a ripe/green fruitiness with a balanced combination of fresh and sweet notes. Fruity nuances initially appear that evoke sweetness, followed by an herbaceous freshness that brings vivacity.
