How do I receive my Experience Box?
At the address you have indicated in the shipping address, you will receive an exclusive physical format designed by Abadía Retuerta. It consists of a personalized Abadía Retuerta box that includes, in addition to the services you have selected, a jar of one of our estate products. You will receive it between 4 and 5 working days after your purchase.
How should I reserve the Experience Box date?
You should contact us directly by email at reservations@ledomaine.es or by phone at 983687600. Provide your Experience Box number and they will help you with all reservations and/or questions.
Can I cancel the Experience Box?
The services included in the gift are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
