What does this experience consist of?
We propose an experience that will help you disconnect and improve your physical, mental and emotional well-being. It is a reconnection between body and mind, the “return to the here and now”, prioritizing self-care and reconnection with oneself against the frenetic daily life that sometimes leads us to live on autopilot. Feeling how we are after a “trip” on autopilot.
