Today, that bond gives life to the third edition of ‘United for the Earth’, materialized in a wine and an extra virgin olive oil with its own soul, Cuvée Palomar 2021 and Summa Varietalis. United by the Earth’ is the result of the link between two stories that share the same way of understanding the origin: betting on new varieties, promoting research and advancing with awareness in the face of climate change.

It is the perfect blend of grape varieties that, in the right proportion and with the direct influence of each vintage, are best adapted to the new climatic concept.

Summa Varietalis

Blend of olive oil composed of varieties of olive trees from different countries of the Mediterranean basin, replanted in our Garden of Varieties in 2009.
