Clima Godello

Reasons for the study:

– The Duero Valley is also capable of producing great whites and we have proven this with our Abadía Retuerta LeDomaine aged white. There are other varieties that are showing very good aptitudes to produce a different white wine, as is the case of the Godello variety, known for producing great white wines in the northwest of Spain.

First conclusions:

– Its particular typicity in our terroir is surprising, with a different and distinctive aromatic profile in the area, more mineral and fresh and intense with a certain austerity.

– Great aging potential.
– A Godello del Duero.
