Abbey off-site takes place in an environment steeped in a culture with more than 9 centuries of history, in an incomparable natural environment and with wellness as a backdrop.
What does it consist of?
We are driven by wellness and even more by wellness in organizations. With the help of our Health Coach and Chief Happiness Officer, Elisa Errea, we design customized programs that can transform organizations.
Based on the objective of each team, we can design dynamics that bring people together, help them align their values, define their leadership style or diagnose the level and sources of stress in the organization.
Through our partnership with Thinking Heads we include inspiring thought leaders in the programs we design.
