• This is the variety found in Burgundy red wines. Thanks to its delicacy, it conveys the qualities and characteristics of the terroir where it is grown. It has light color but good structure and the potential to improve with bottle aging.

• It comes from a cold climate, which helps it adapt to our harsh climate; it is grafted onto one of the coolest, highest-altitude plots on the estate.
