A wonderful coincidence, involving the discovery of a few white grape vines, led to more than 20 years of research. The result of this effort was our first white wine, which celebrates its 10th anniversary with the 2020 vintage.
A wine with aging potential and a distinct terroir, made primarily from Sauvignon Blanc, with a touch of Verdejo and a subtle blend of other white grape varieties, depending on the characteristics of the vintage.
The result is an original and surprising wine, full of intensity and character, full-bodied and smooth, with a long, fresh finish. Designed to improve with age, it is a true reflection of our terroir’s personality.
