In this workshop, we will work on sourdough, bread and traditional cakes and pastries, which may vary depending on the season.
• With the expert guidance of our pastry chefs, guests will learn tips and tricks for making different kinds of bread and sweet treats. The workshop takes place in the hotel’s own bakery, located in the ancient kitchens of our stunning 12th-century Abbey. This is where the team crafts, every day, all the bread, pastries, cakes and desserts served to our visitors.
• At the end of the experience, participants will be invited to enjoy a glass of Cava with some cured jamónibérico.
