This limited edition is the result of an alliance that values knowledge, respect for the environment and a conscious vision of the future. It is the perfect blend of grape varieties that in their right preparation and with the influence of each vintage are best adapted to the new climatic context.<\/em><\/p>

Of a deep dark red color with hints of dark cherry, Cuv\u00e9e Palomar 2021 captivates with an aromatic complexity that blends delicate toast, hints of chocolate and black fruits, along with subtle smoky and lactic notes. On the palate, it stands out for its firm structure and perfect balance, revealing an elegant complexity and exceptional harmony between its varieties, reflecting its elegance. <\/em><\/p>

Grape varieties<\/strong>: 25% Garnacha, 25% Graciano, 23% Tempranillo, 10% Merlot, 10% Syrah and 7% Malbec.<\/em><\/p>

Each year we select from the Garden of Mediterranean Varietals those which, for that particular harvest, express themselves best in order to elaborate a unique blend, with a fruity character and vibrant freshness. The result is an exclusive, unique, complex and elegant EVOO. <\/em><\/p>

This EVOO is a celebration of varietal diversity, golden green in color with a ripe\/green fruitiness with a balanced combination of fresh and sweet notes. Fruity nuances initially appear that evoke sweetness, followed by an herbaceous freshness that brings vivacity. <\/em><\/p>

Olive varieties:<\/strong> Arbosana, Mollar de Cieza, Pico lim\u00f3n and Blanqueta from Spain; Zaity and Souriani from Syria; Chemlali from Tunisia; Coratina and Frantoio from Italy; Koroneiki from Greece and Galega from Portugal.<\/em><\/p>
