From the beginning, the project was conceived not only as a hotel and winery, but as a universe in which to live a unique experience through, of course, the artistic and historical legacy. The Italian architect Marco Serra was responsible for the project, who faithfully respected the architectural and philosophical legacy, as well as the original structures of the monastery. In doing so, he preserved the architectural styles as well as the manifestation of the Premonstratensians&#8217; way of life.
